Flexible Approach to Vaccinations
At Connected Health & Wellness, we respect your family’s choices regarding vaccinations. We do not carry any immunizations, but for those choosing to vaccinate, we provide written recommendations for you to take to the health department. Our goal is to support your decisions with informed and open discussions, ensuring the best care for your child.
Insurance and Affordability
Understanding the importance of affordable care, Connected Health & Wellness does not take any insurance. However, we provide detailed receipts with diagnostic codes for out-of-network reimbursement. We encourage you to check with your insurance carrier about your options. Our priority is to keep care private, accessible, and within your financial reach.

Connected Health and Wellness does not require children to receive immunizations or follow a specific vaccination schedule. We welcome open conversations about vaccinations and strive to provide individualized care for each patient. For parent’s choosing to vaccinate their children, we provide a written recommendation of the vaccinations the child will be receiving for them to present to the health department. Connected Health and Wellness does not carry any immunizations.
